How to Live to 94 - Nanna SuSu's Tips

Can you believe my Nanna SuSu is 94?!

Today is my great grandmother's 94th birthday! To celebrate, I asked her to share her tips on how to make it to 94 and still be as great as she is.

Nanna SuSu's Tips: (Her last name isn't actually SuSu - I made it up when I was little and it stuck)

1. Don't smoke

2. Don't drink beer (shandy is OK, apparently)

3. Exercise (in the form of walking) everyday - She has done this since she was a little girl and walked to primary school everyday, to when she was 16 and lived with a family of 5 as their cleaner, to now, when, at 94, she strolls through the park across the road from her nursing home.

4. Always eat your green vegetables, especially broccoli (when I asked why broccoli, she said because it is her favourite)

5. Drink plenty of water, everyday

I love it how they are so simple! Hopefully you can take them on board and live a long, happy, healthy life too.
