Banana-Choc Muffins (No Flour)

Last week I moved into my new house after waiting almost 2 years for it to be built! (YAY!!)

It also happens to be the last week of lectures for most of my units in my uni semester, which means lots of tests and assignments.
I am an extreme procrastinator and yesterday decided that, instead of continuing to spend the afternoon working on uni stuff, I wanted to make muffins. Then I realized that our brand new kitchen was yet to acquire some kind of flour, along with various other helpful ingredients, but that's OK, because I had a lot of assignments to do, which meant I was willing to take the time to come up with an alternative.
Here is what I ended up with...

Banana-Choc Muffins (No Flour) (makes 6 muffins)

2 ripe bananas
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp cacao powder
and 2 pinches baking soda
In a blender (you may need a splash of water to help get things mixing)

Pour into a greased muffin tray and put in oven (that has been pre-heated to 180 degrees) for 20 mins, or until a skewer comes out clean.

Because these muffins don't contain flour they are not as fluffy as other muffins, so keep this in mind when you go to eat them.

I think they would be super tasty with some kind of berry mixed in with them too.
