Raspberry Sorbet

You may remember my Christmas wishlist where I shared that I wanted a food processor for Christmas. Well, be grateful for parents who read you blog because my Mum and Dad got me one as an early present! And this was my first creation in it...

Raspberry Sorbet:
120g frozen raspberries
2 tsp stevia
juice of 1 lime

Add ingredients to a food processor and mix for about 1 minute - or until it's all smooth.
Pour into a bowel and place in the freezer, stirring every 30-60mins to make sure it stays smooth.

It's super refreshing, but also really sweet (remember, it's a sorbet - sorbet is sweet) so you only need a little bit. You may even want to leave out the stevia if it's too sweet for you.
