Chocolate Balls

It seems everyone has their own recipe for chocolate balls (or 'bliss balls'), so I think it's time I joined the bandwagon and shared mine.

Chocolate Balls
1 cup macadamias
1/3 cup cacao powder
1/3 cup coconut butter (melted)
1 cup pitted dates
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup L.S.A.
3 tbsp protein powder (optional)
Shredded coconut to coat balls in

1. Put dates in a bowel and add enough water so that they are just covered. Allow to soak for 10-15mins

2. In a food processor, add macadamias, cacao powder, coconut butter, chia seeds, LSA, protein powder and dates (I also pour in the water they've been soaking in) and mix till all combined

3. Roll into balls and coat with shredded coconut

The amount of balls this makes varies with how big you make them, but I generally get around 20.
Store them in the fridge
